With his personal expression and intelligent patterns Daniel Jacobsson is part of the new wave of Swedish designers entering the global scene.

Daniel Jacobsson is an illustrator and designer that smoothly moves between different medias. He's done illustrations, made wall paintings, written books and made patterns for shoes and clothes. There is an echo of scandinavian forrests and nordic fields in his designs. In 2009 he  created patterns exclusively for FORE! and golf was of course the main inspiration.

Daniel's patterns was something of a theme in the webshop, on fabrics and in print.

- I have experience from advertising and design but this is the first time I'll be doing patterns with a golf theme, says Daniel.

Ulika Åkerberg Jondelius, CEO at FORE!  explains why she thinks Daniel and FORE! is such a good match.

- One of the reasons for us to ask Daniel to design for FORE! is that he's adding something new and fresh within the FORE! concept. He's got an expression that is both distinct and playful and it will be a nice supplement to our current lines. It is really exciting to be able to introduce two new FORE! patterns where you can combine your golf passion with high quality design.

First collection

In Daniel's first collection for FORE! there are two patterns, On the green and Golf passion. These patterns was found on bags, wallets and other items at www.fore.com

While Golf passion will come in a variety of colors, On the green will be aviable in FORE! green only.

Daniel's first collection was available for a year in 2009/2010 at the www.fore.com webshop.
