How to shop at www.fore.com webshopWeb shopping is increasingly popular but there are still many who feel insecure about this way of shopping. To registerTo be able to shop at www.fore.com you have to register some data about yourself. This is done by selecting "Register" to the left on the page (at the "Login" headline). A page where you enter your data will then load. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. At the bottom of the page there is a box that you mark after reading the terms and conditions for shopping at the website. When done you select "Send registration". You are now logged in and sent back to the main page. To the left at "Login" you will now see a welcome message instead of a login field.In a moment you will also receive an e-mail with user name and password. User name and password can be altered at "Account maintenance" found at the left of the page under "Login" (shown when you are logged in). Select "Account information". Note that e-mail addresses used as a user name will have hyphens "-" switched to underscore "_" You save your changes by selecting the symbol that looks like a floppy disc or by selecting "save" at the bottom of the page. To shopThe webshop is located under "Products" in the menu. Put items in your cart by clicking "Add to cart" at the item of your interest. When done shopping you proceed by selecting "Checkout" to the left on the screen.At checkout you get a list of what you are about to buy (the contents of your cart). If you wish to change someting in your cart you can change the amount by selecting "Quantity/Uptdate" and then click the symbol that looks like two blue arrows. If you wish to remove something, just click the symbol that looks like a trash bin next to the item. When done, proceed by selecting "Checkout". The next step is to confirm your shipping address. In most cases it is the same as the one you entered when you registered. You can add a new address ("Add a new shipping address") or change the registered address "Update address". If you have more than one address registered you must select one at this step. Select "Next" to proceed. You are now presented to your order and asked to confirm that you've read the terms and conditions. You have to do so by selecting the box at "I agree to the Terms of Service" and clicking "Confirm order". This is when your order is sent. To complete your order you must proceed to payment. Select what card you wish to use. Help is provided at the question marks [?]. This step is handled with high security by DIBS and is opened in a separate window. Contact your bank or whoever issued your card if you need assistance at this point. Terms and conditionsCredit Card PaymentWe accept MasterCard and Visa cards. We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within a week. If, for some reason (i.g. the item is out of stock), we cannot live up to this you will be notified by e-mail and asked how you would like to proceed with your order.Please contact us if you suspect that your order has been unreasonably delayed. If a product should not meet your expectations based on the description in the web shop, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our return policy. CurrencyAs a citiizen of a European Union country, you get to shop in Euros. Non European Union citizens shop in US Dollars. If you have a shipping address within the European Union you can not shop in Dollars. This is due to taxes and cusoms regulations.Returns policyYour order may be cancelled within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within two weeks after they have been delivered to you.
